Exterior Clubhouse work done by Grizzly Construction

Work included:

• Pressure washing roof tiles

• Priming and painting exterior stucco using premium exterior paint

• Replacing rotted fascia boards, priming and painting using premium exterior paint

All done within 1 week!

Grizzly Construction was also responsible for the pool’s pump house renovation a few years prior. It has been holding up to the last few years increased precipitation. We look forward to our Clubhouse showing its durability just the same!
